Modern hotel in a lovely building with stunning views of the hills surrounding the area. The rooms with a comfortable decor. Incredible bed, very professional and highly professional personnel from check-in thru check-out. Location - best possible and prime near many restaurants, the main tower, and several attractions. Also, in a quiet area.

The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished with a comfortable queen bed.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for visiting nearby outlet stores. The room was nice, equipped with Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and an office chair. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was available until 10:45.

The excellent service and attention to detail made our stay pleasant. the brand-new room was a nice size, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the hotel's central location near downtown restaurants, Berkshire Museum, and local businesses made everything easily accessible in Pittsfield.

The hotel has highly professional staff from check-in thru check-out. The room is a nice size and brand-new with twin beds. The location is central; guests can easily walk to a market and stores.

Beds are so comfortable. Slept like a baby. Pool, Hot-tub, sauna: we were the only ones who used during our 24 hr stay. Pool small but nice feature. Maybe its the location; next to restaurant location; odd design choice. Staff very good. Checkout took 30 seconds (pre-done).

Shower: tiles had some black spots (mildew). Big fault. Other than than clean. The hotel building itself is ugly as sin. Worst architecture ever. Entrance is hard to find, buried in this concrete complex.

This place is conveniently located near various restaurants, and I enjoyed having breakfast at the in-house restaurant during my one-night stay.

Good location and fair place for price. Staff was good, front desk was helpful. Will see if the bill was properly straightened out after we settled it at the desk. Need of good updating. A little outdated bur fairly clean. Gym is definitely outdated. We stayed for memorial day weekend and were comfortable during our stay there.

The pool was packed with kids and so was the jacuzzi. The leg exercise machine at the gym broke as my husband was using it. Thankfully he didn't get hurt. Outdated exercise equipment could be dangerous.
